Step 1: Schedule an appointment. We will want to see your home in person to assess its condition and determine a fair price. In most case a video walkthrough or photos may be enough for us to give you an offer.
Step 2 : Receive an offer. After we have seen your home, we will make you an offer. This offer will be based on the current market value of your home, as well as any necessary repairs that need to be made. However, keep in mind that cash buyers typically offer lower prices than traditional home buyers because they are taking on more risk.
Step 3: Accept the offer. Once we have agreed on a price, you can accept the offer. We will send all executed documents to Escrow/Title to begin the closing process.
Step 4: Close the deal. Escrow/Title will handle all of the paperwork and we will pay for any closing costs at closing. You will also receive the cash for your home at closing. Keep in mind, that your closing can take up to 30 - 60 days for complicated transactions but can be as little as 7 days in some cases.
